GrapeVision supports the prediction of outbreaks of the four main vine diseases: downy mildew (Plasmopora viticola), powdery mildew (Erysiphe necator), black rot (Guignardia bidwellii) and botrytis (Botrytis cinerea).

Which grape systems does GrapeVision cover?

GrapeVision currently covers grapes cultivated using the following systems – Guyot, cordon, goblet. These are the primary methods for wine grapes.  
The systems not currently supported by GrapeVision are the pergola and all covered systems (including those mentioned above), which are often used for table grapes. The reason why these systems are currently excluded from GrapeVision relates to potential microclimates induced by such systems that have not yet been modelled to be taken into account by the prediction models. 

Does GrapeVision offer a mobile application?

Yes, GrapeVision offers a mobile application for both Android and iOS devices. The mobile application is available in French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese and English. For all other languages not supported by GrapeVision, the application will be available in English by default.  

Can I use GrapeVision without internet?

Yes, with the mobile application only. You will need a connection to synchronize the GrapeVision web application with the mobile app, but once the synchronisation is done you can use the mobile app in the field without network.
